Properties with websites usually sell within a year but if not, we can renew for £40 inclusive of hosting, name renewal, email services, maintenance and updating for a further year.

Hosting is provided by Chilled Server and all dot com and dot net domain names are bought for one year from Enom. Co.uk names are for two years. If you would like extra names forwarded to your website, they are £10 each.

All websites come with Smartermail email services and email support. You will have your own server which can be accessed from any computer and we will also provide instructions for email pickup from Windows Mail or Outlook etc.

All websites come with Gold Plan hosting which includes a year of maintenance, changes and updating within reason. We state 'within reason' because website revamps or a large number of changes to the actual website are not included.
